My Story

My inspiration for baking began one summer in Ocean City, NJ when I was just 13 years old. I was waiting in a long line for cinnamon buns at a local bakery with my Aunt. There was a cake decorator busy at work while we waited and I was completely fascinated. That next Christmas my Aunt gave me my first cake decorating kit and the rest c’est l’histoire!

Although I am self taught I have had the opportunity to work in a few bakeries along the way and most recently learned to bake macarons in Paris…. oh yes, and My Story would not be complete without sharing with you how I ADORE Paris! so that’s me ;)
